What consumable gives Run speed Bonus in Presearing - Guild Wars Forums

First of all I do not have access to the wiki cause it's blaock. i do not have acces to the www.presearing.com cause it is blocked. I do not have access to any of the sites at work except for this one and when I looked for "Cup cakes" I got only that which is sellign them or buying them or stacks of them without the description of what they do.

So if this is in the wrong spot thanks to the mod that moved it.

So my question is this...

Is there a consumable available in PRESEARING that will allow my characture to "run % faster" in an EXPLORABLE area?

The only one I know of is Birthday Cupcakes, but tbh I haven't been in pre in a long time so I don't know if they dropped there. I would assume they did.

From wiki since you can't check it right now:
"Double-click to grant yourself +100 maximum health, +10 maximum energy, and 25% increased movement speed for 10 minutes. This item cannot be used in PvP."
